Restrictions

Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

Some restrictions include:

- We cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries.

- We ship to a P.O. Box address for United States standard shipping package Only.

- We cannot ship to non-continental Europe, usually refer to the islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries.

- The shipping fee and shipping time might differ between contiguous United States and other Insular area (e.g., Puerto Rico).

Customs Duties

Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.

Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Shopcider cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

Receiving Time

For in-stock products: your receiving time will contain 1-3 days of order processing time plus the shipping time.

For pre-order products: Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product’s description page. Your receiving time will be calculated by adding the shipping time to the estimated shipping date.

Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the shipping date might vary based on the estimated shipping date of pre-order products.

We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, delay may occur due to invalid address, customs clearance issues, public holidays and peak season etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.
